Children have elected a group of writing ambassadors for the new school year to celebrate writing throughout the school and ensure that we publish our writing with pride!
Children were elected by their peers in a democratic election and now meet regularly with Mr Fairclough to discuss ways that we can implement things in school to celebrate and publish children’s work!
This has included new displays around school, meetings with our head teacher and a new feature in assembly where one outstanding pupil has their writing ‘published’ in school by having it read out in front of every member of our school community and crowning their work with a certificate!
