Reception had a wonderful time celebrating Shrove Tuesday.  We listened to the story ‘Mr Wolf’s Pancakes’ and wrote our own shopping list for ingredients we need to make pancakes. We then followed instructions for making the pancakes and chose our own delicious toppings!

On Ash Wednesday we attended a special assembly where we were marked with ashes on our forehead.  We are marked with the sign of the cross to show that we want to grow more like Jesus.
