The Primary element of our education system comprises of three specific phases or stages. Foundation Stage is made up of two year groups, Nursery and Reception. The children in this area of the school are age 2-5 years. In Key Stage One the children are 5-7 years of age and are in two year groups, Year One and Year Two. Key Stage Two is divided into Upper and Lower Key Stage Two. The children in Years Three and Four are in Lower Key Stage Two and are age 7-9 and children in Upper Key Stage Two are age 9-11 and are in years Five and Six.
